Sonakshi Sinha finds herself alone — her father, actor-MP Shatrughan Sinha is travelling for work, mother Poonam will be in New Delhi and brother Kush and his wife Taruna are headed for an overseas holiday in the countdown to their first wedding anniversary next month. Her other brother, Luv has planned an outing with this pals.

So, what does Sona do? The actress, we hear, does not wish to spend December 31 home alone and will head to her bestie’s place in Bengaluru. “Sonakshi avoids shoot and frees herself from other commitments during the last week of the year. It is the time she likes to be at home with family. But when she realised that her folks won’t be there, she decided to visit her pal in Bengaluru. They studied together at SNDT University,” a source says.
The two girls have planned a bash with their common friends, with Sona putting on the party planner hat.
