Wimbledon: Williams sisters rule women's doubles

London: Serena Williams followed up her seventh Wimbledon singles title with victory in the women's doubles alongside sister Venus on Saturday.

The unseeded Americans beat fifth seeds Timea Babos and Yaroslava Shvedova 6-3, 6-4 for their sixth Wimbledon doubles title.

Herbert-Mahut win men's title
Meanwhile, among men, top seeds Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut won the doubles title with a 6-4, 7-6 (7/1), 6-3 win over Frenchmen Julien Benneteau and Edouard Roger-Vasselin.
