Abhay Kewadkar, chief wine maker and director, Four Seasons Wines, will showcase the best pairings of grilled food with wines.

Chef Anthony En Yuan Huang will create his signature dishes, Dill and Chilli Marinade Grilled Prawns, Citrus Lime and Coriander Marinated Vietnamese Bassa for the guests straight off the Weber grill. It will be complemented by Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon wines.
They will also explain the theme, character and composition of wine. The award-winning range of wines on offer have been crafted with the technical expertise of Bouvet-Ladubay, France and perfectly complement different styles of cuisines. The wines suit the diversity of the Indian palate.
