Her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who Mitch has repeatedly and blamed for being a bad influence on his daughter, won't get anything.
The couple married in May 2007 and had a damaging and tumultuous relationship before getting divorced in July 2009. Mitch has blamed Blake for introducing Amy to heroin and cocaine. He's been in and out of jail.
