Woman's murder: Paramour held
The police have cracked the Sarvabhavmanagaru00a0murder case in which a single woman, Gayatri, was killed on Wednesday afternoon.

The police have a taken Gayatri's paramour into custody. Gayatri allegedly had an extra marital affair with him and it is believed that he murdered her.
The police have not revealed details of the accused.
Gayathri (26) was alone in her houseu00a0on Wednesdayu00a0afternoon when she was killed, between 12 and 12.30 pm.

Gayathri's five-year-old daughter Tanvi came home from school at around 12.30 pm. The door was slightly open. The child went inside and found her mother on the bed with the wire of a mobile charger around her neck and a pillow on her face.

Gayathri was strangulated and then smothered. The police suspect that she might have been raped and murdered. Her husband Nanjundegowdau00a0works for a cable network in Koramangala.
