New Zealand skipper Brendan McCullum scored 45-ball 65 with three sixes and four boundaries.
Peter Borren made a career best 49 and Tom Cooper finished with 40 not out for the Netherlands.
Sri Lanka and South Africa also have two wins in three Group one games while England have one out of two.
Top two teams from each of the two groups will advance to the semi-finals.
