WWE Raw marked the triumphant return of superstar wrestler Goldberg for the first time in 12 years to the event when he came to reply to Brock Lesnar's challenge to a match.

Goldberg entered to his epic WCW music and went on to accept the challenge to face Lesnar in a match. His wife and son witnessed him in the ring for the first time ever.
Meanwhile, Seth Rollins went on to face Chris Jericho in the beginning of Monday Night Raw after Owens and Jericho entered the ring to blast Foley. Rollins interrupted and went on to mock both Jericho and Owens, calling the latter the 'ugliest cheerleader'. During the match Owens came to ringside while Jericho had Rollins locked in the Walls of Jericho. Rollins then went on to pin Jericho after hitting him with the 'Pedigree'.
Sasha Banks and Charlotte revealed their respective intentions to former star Lita ahead of their epic Hell in a Cell match for the RAW Women's Championship.
WWE Raw also saw Sheamus take on a member of The New Day - Big E. While his partner Cesaro was on Facebook Live, Sheamus grabbed the phone from him, only to be distracted and rolled up by Big E and went on to lose the match.
Neville faced Bo Dallas with the latter's partner Curtis Axel at ringside. After Bo scored the pinfall for the win, he turned on Axel. After Braun Strowman beat 2 people in a bout, Sami Zayn said he is ready to face Strowman.
Rusev, accompanied by his wife Lana, went on to give the WWE Universe a glimspse into his family. But United States champion Roman Reigns interrupted and said Rusev would need to call 911 after Hell In A Cell. Lana then slapped Reigns followed by Rusev kicking him which was followed by an attack and ruthless 'Accolade' on the steel steps.
