WWE Roadblock: End of the Line saw WWE superstar Roman Reigns lose in the main event against WWE Universal champion Kevin Owens after expected interference from Chris Jericho.

Roman Reigns, who was in pursuit of his first title as Universal champ fought Kevin Owens outside the ring initially. Owens hit two frogsplashes on Reigns on the announce table. Kevin Owens tried to pin Reigns with the pop up Powerbomb but failed. Reigns hit a spear on Owens but before he could pin him, Chris Jericho interrupted and hit his buddy Kevin Owens with the codebreaker. As a result Roman Reigns won the match via disqualification but could not clinch the title.
Reigns' former Shield partner Seth Rollins faced Chris Jericho and defeated him after Kevin Owens came to the ringside. Rollins hit the Pedigree on Chris Jericho for the win.
WWE Raw Women's champion Sasha Banks faced Charlotte for the title in a first-ever 30-minute Ironman match up at WWE Roadblock. Charlotte went on to defeat Sasha Banks and become a four-time Raw women's champion and still remain undefeated at a pay-per-view event.
Cesaro and Sheamus put their differences aside and went on to defeat The New Day and break their record streak to become the new WWE Raw tag team champions.
WWE cruiserweight champion Rich Swann defended his title in a triple-threat match against The Brian Kendrick and TJ Perkins. Later, a returning Neville displayed his dominance over his over Perkins and Swann much to the delight of the crowd.
Sami Zayn went on to prove his mettle by lasting 10 minutes as stipulated by Raw general manager Mick Foley in his match against Braun Strowman.
Big Cass faced Rusev at WWE Roadblock's kick off but lost the match via count out after Rusev's wife and WWE Diva Lana distracted Cass' parnter Enzo Amore.
