Yasmin Karachiwala to give wellness lessons at Anahata Yog Utsav

Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, who has trained Bollywood celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt, will be giving a session on intrinsic wellness at the third edition of Anahata Yog Utsav

Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, who has trained Bollywood celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt, will be giving a session on intrinsic wellness at the third edition of Anahata Yog Utsav. Anahata Yog Utsav, an annual event that brings together wellness and fitness experts in the field of alternative and natural therapies, will be held from November 16-19 at Atmantan Wellness Centre in Pune, read a statement.

"I am looking forward to helping individuals charter new courses of health regimen, map new paradigms of wellness knowledge and discover a wide array of healing sciences to help you discover your path to health, happiness and divinity," Karachiwala said. "It's interesting to observe how pilates is integral in a programme that has its roots in yoga and I'm indeed overwhelmed to be representing a form of exercise I pioneered in India," she added.


Other participants are Kundalini yoga experts Bijay J. Anand, Marieke de Lange, dance expert Zia Nath, yoga psychologist Tim Schipper among others. Karachiwala is a certified personal trainer and a BASI, Balanced Body and Fletcher and certified Pilates instructor. She is also a Balanced Body Master Pilates instructor who conducts Pilates Teacher Training Programmes. She has also trained Preity Zinta, Bipasha Basu, Huma Qureshi and Kriti Sanon among others.
