The Faraskhana police yesterday arrested a 31-year-old man for allegedly raping and having unnatural sex with her.
According to police, the accused would often use sex toys while having sexual intercourse with the victim. Fed up of the physical torture and harassment, the women left the house and filed a complaint against her husband.
“As per the victim, she was subjected to unnatural sex between September 2012 and February 2013. After the complaint was lodged, we arrested the accused under Sections 498 A (harassment of married woman by husband and in-laws), 376 (rape), 377 (unnatural offences) and 34 (common intention) of the IPC.

He was presented before the court that remanded him to the police custody till March 18,” said PSI Geeta Bagwade, who is investigating the case.
While seeking his custody, police told the court that it still has to recover sex toys from the man’s house.
