Associate Producer/Producer:

Copy Writer/Associate Producer/Production:
Needs to come up with innovative ideas on-air and also off air (on ground, web, mobile etc) which
can be monetized. One with a flair for writing can take up a career as a copy writer.
Music Manager:
Some one who is good in number crunching, has good sense of music. Should know how to place the music tracks. |

Advertising Sales:
One needs to be aggressive, innovative and number savvy with great communication skills. Would involve Revenue generation by ensuring a strong client management through sale of brand inventories and excellent customer service skills.
Marketing:
One needs to be creative and have the knack to anticipate customers' future needs and wants. Brand management, 360 degrees integrated marketing initiatives, innovative sales ideas and driving events and promotions, audience building, would be a part of the profile. |

Finance :
One should have great analytical and planning skills with good domain knowledge of direct and indirect tax,
statutory tax matters such as tax payments, filing returns, liason with tax officials, and tax scrutiny.
Technology:
It involves system administration, software knowledge, thorough understanding of databases, implementation of new projects etc.
Station Engineer:
Some one who understands the electrical connectivity of the station, Air conditioning equipments, Radio Frequency and over all connectivity along with the signal flow.

| Radio MiD DAY (Radio One 94.3), MiD DAY made its intentions to be a dominant player in the FM space by winning 7 licenses in the "markets that matter" across the country and by signing a joint venture with BBC Worldwide. The first station from this new venture, Radio One (formerly known as Go 92.5 FM) was launched on 8th June 2006 with a big bang in Mumbai. Radio one with all the favourite RJs of the city plays out the hits and nothing but the hits. Fully aware of changing tastes and passions in music, Radio One reflects the attitude and the choices of the listeners. We have licenses to operate in Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Kolkatta. |
