Sushmita SenAll roads will lead to Genting Highlands Resorts in Malaysia when the Indian film industry relocates itself there for the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards from April 4 to 6.
First up is the music launch of Sanjay Gupta's film Kaante. Kaante will release two music albums - the original soundtrack and an album of music inspired by the film. On April 5 is the world premiere of Gaurang Doshi's Aankhen and on April 6 the curtains will rise on the third IIFA awards.
Sushmita Sen will dazzle the audience (and a TV audience that can tune into Sony TV for a live telecast) with her version of the Moulin Rouge hit 'Diamonds are a girl's best friend' choreographed by Shiamak Davar. She will be wearing a dress by Azeem Khan to match Nicole Kidman's costume. International musical flavour is said to be coming from Australian girl band Bardot. And more star performances will be revealed soon.
