AWARDS GALORE: Kal Ho Naa HoKal Ho Naa Ho has garnered six awards in technical categories out of the 14 technical IIFA awards. The technical awards were decided as a result of voting by the Indian film industry.
Kal Ho Naa Ho bagged awards for cinematography, art direction, choreography (Maahi Ve), background score, costume design and make up. Koi... Mil Gaya followed with best sound recording, best song recording and best visual effects while Munnabhai MBBS bagged best screenplay, best editing, best dialogue and best sound re-recording. LOC won one award for best action.
The presentation ceremony for the Samsung IIFA Awards is being held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on May 23, 2004.
