Big Brother winner Shilpa Shetty made a formal announcement about hosting the new season of Bigg Boss at a press conference yesterday.

Dressed in a strappy, red, cleavage-flashing dress, the lady looked a tad uncomfy as is evident in the pics. When not checking out her décolletage, La Shetty was adjusting the barely-there straps.

In her role as the host of Bigg Boss, Shilpa will sport a new look, courtesy designer Manish Malhotra, "It will be very different.

I am quite excited to work with Manish," says the actress who has been a Rocky S loyalist until now.

It's chaotic

Shetty admits that she isn't in touch with any of the celebs from her Big Brother co-contestants from UK, she adds, " Everyone's numbers have changed. I used to be in touch with Jermaine (Jackson) and Ian, but not any more. I think we will definitely connect some time in the future."

Besides hosting the show, the actress is also juggling a lot of other commitments.

She will soon head to Ireland for the shoot of The Man, then join the Unforgettable Tour in Germany and other destinations.

She adds, "I will also be shooting for Bigg Boss and supervising scripting and other work for my production house. It's going to be quite chaotic."

Not rigged!

Since she's been a part of the reality show in the UK, Shilpa says she empathises with the participants. "I'll be the only connect between them and the outside world, so I hope to give them moral support."

Shilpa shrugs off the ever-present speculation that reality shows are rigged to boost ratings, "My experience says it's untrue. Big Brother wasn't contrived.

It was totally real to the extent that the channel airing it was asked to be shut down. I don't think you can script controversies; but living in confinement for so long does bring out different elements in everyone's personalities."
