B-Town is abuzz with rumours of  Sohail Khan's table-top dance at Subhash Ghai's bash for his wife at the Marriott on Saturday night.

Eyewitnesses reveal that a high-spirited Sohail perched on top of a table to dance, and eventually, broke it!

Shakin' and breakin'

According to sources present there, "Subhash Ghai's party was one of the most happening parties that Saturday night and it rocked till 3 am. It had a large group of Salman's friends and family Jackie Shroff, Govinda, Sohail and Arbaaz. Everyone was having a blast, especially Sohail. Although he was present for only a short time, he got carried away by the moment and started dancing on the table. People around started cheering and clapping and soon enough, the table broke under Khan's weight. Sohail was so shaken by his 'fall' that he got up, grabbed a drink from the bar, drank it, and left the party."

When quizzed about it, Sohail says angrily, "I was there exactly for 15 minutes. I went with my dad. Who told you that I was in high spirits and broke the table? Who the hell is spreading such rubbish? Someone is trying to malign my name!"

Naughty dream?

Subhash Ghai, who is known to be close to Salman (who is acting in his home production Yuvraaj) also denies that any such incident took place, "Nobody danced on the table. It's someone's naughty dream."

Sohail wasn't the only one...

Akshaye Khanna was so sloshed at the Saifeena party that he hugged every single person present. In the beginning, B-Town folk were happy that the reserved Khanna boy was finally making an effort to be friendly.
 
But it soon became apparent that what everyone assumed for enthusiasm was actually a drunken high. After some time, Akshay began hugging casual acquaintances, then the waiters and he ended the night by hugging the doorman at the gate of Four Seasons.
