Yeh 'kiss'a khatam kar do! Himesh Reshammiya

For weeks, there has been buzz that Himesh Reshammiya has kissed Pakistani actress Mona Laizza in Pooja Bhatt's Kajraa Re. There was speculation that Pooja had convinced Himesh to do a liplock scene with the actress in the movie.

However, Himesh outrightly denies this buzz and says, "I haven't kissed in Kajraa Re. In fact, Pooja hasn't asked me to do any kissing scene in the film." When further asked if he would agree to be part of a liplock if his character required it, he adds, "No. I'd not be comfortable kissing on screen."

Sources reveal that there was an intimate kissing scene as part of the script. But after Himesh's refusal to be a part of it, the scene was chopped off. "Himesh is very clear about his beliefs and principles. He wasn't ready to compromise on the kissing scene under any cost. The film has a lot of romance in it especially in the scenes shot in Jordan. Pooja's films are always sensuous and have an undercurrent of sex appeal in them. However she's shot Kajraa Re in a very different way than any of her previous films."

Himesh has also locked October 17 as the release date for Satish Kaushik's Karzzzz. Earlier, he was planning on releasing it on December 25.
