 | Rakhi goes under the knife and comes out looking bizarre
Rakhi Sawant is looking drastically different. At an event on Sunday night, Rakhi was unrecognisable with her newly-acquired facial features.
Like Koena Mitra and Tanushree Dutta, Rakhi's new post-surgery look is plastic and unappealing.
It's a new way
The item girl has, in the past, admitted to plastic surgery and silicon implants. However, this time, she refuses to confirm the cosmetic surgery. She chooses to explain her different look, as a 'no-make-up' look, which she learnt in London, "I haven't done any cosmetic surgery. It's my new way of doing make-up. I attended a course in London which taught me how to do the right make-up. I have decided to go for the clean natural look as opposed to the heavy make-up I used to wear before. That's why I am looking different."
Back on track
Sawant also says she has lost weight post her split with beau Abhishek Awasthi last month, and the aftermath is now showing on her face, "I was depressed. I stopped eating.
However, I have now got my life back on track and am raring to go. I don't want to make a sorry picture of myself and ask for sympathy. I have always been a fighter."
She adds that she won't resort to mascara and other make-up enhancers, "I used to wear fake eyelashes and it would make my face very heavy. From now, I will not wear anything fake, and keep the make-up minimal. This is why I am looking different."
Yeah right.
