Rimi Sen has now decided to send a legal notice to the producers of  Horn Ok Pleassss.

"Enough is enough!" she storms as the film gets further delayed. "Believe me, I have had many problem getting my remuneration instalments from these people. Each time I've had to threaten them that I won't shoot or dub."

Now that the the film is complete, the actress had given an ultimatum to the producers to either pay up her remaining dues or she wouldn't promote the film in any way. "That's why you don't seem me in any of the promotions. But since the payment hasn't come in, I've sent the producer (Abdol Sami Sidiqqui) a  legal notice."

Fork it up

Rimi is willing to promote the film the minute she gets her dues. "But to avoid paying my remaining dues, they haven't called me at all for the film's promotion. They're going full-steam ahead with Nana Patekar and Muzammil Ibrahim. They had promised to pay up close to the release on October 17, but that date came and went. No payment. No film either. I had no choice but to take them to court."

Rimi admits shooting Horn Ok Pleassss has been an unpleasant experience for her. "I enjoyed working with Nana and Muzammil and cinematographer Johny Lala. But I wasn't comfortable with the rest of the unit."

Fumes the irate actress, "It isn't about how much they owe me. It's about getting what is  due to me. I'll start promoting the film once my dues are paid."
