After Phoonk's unexpected success, Ram Gopal Varma has found an  unexpected fan in  Mallika Sherawat who sent him an SMS saying, "Hats  off to your  crow."

Now Ramu has more to crow about. On Sunday, he had a very secret meeting with Mallika Sherawat at Filmistan  studio, where she is shooting for her new film, tentatively titled Hiss.

Zapped!

Ramu admits to the Mallika meeting, "I met her on Sunday on the sets of her film. I was blown away by her expertise on the sets. She zapped me. It's a major international launch for her. I was mighty impressed by the team; and of course, Mallika."

Sorting it out

The director hasn't met the actress since she acted in his Darna Zaroori Hai, three years ago.  Talking about his visit Ramu reveals, "I rang her up. She asked me to come to the shooting. We needed to meet up and sort things out face to face." Ramu and Mallika had a long chat over life and about a project. He's now designing a film specially for her which will be ready to roll by the end of this month.

Ramu feels most of the films she has done so far haven't done justice to Mallika.
