Govinda's Steamed Bhindi Sabzi

Recipe: Steamed Bhindi Sabzi

Ingredients:

150 gms fresh bhindi (lady fingers)

4 cloves garlic (crushed)

less then ½ a tsp pepper powder

1 tsp oil

a pinch of salt

Method:

Wash the bhindi and pat dry completely.  Chop the bhindi into small  round pieces. Lightly heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the bhindi and salt. Mix gently. Cook on a low flame. Toss at regular intervals. When the bhindis are almost done sprinkle pepper powder and toss it once again. Remove from gas once the bhindis done. Serve hot with rotis.
