 Tanushree gives her BFF the snub only to surprise her at night
Koena Mitra celebrated her birthday with Tanushree Dutta and close friends last night. However, a day before her b'day bash, BFF Tanu surprised Koena with an impromptu party.
Carefully planned
Tanushree carefully planned the whole exercise taking mutual friends into confidence to catch the birthday girl unawares. Tanushree says, "We were very cold and mean to her the entire day.
She asked us what we were doing in the night before her birthday and we said we were busy. We didn't want her to know about the surprise."
Describing the birthday surprise Tanu says, "We all landed up at her house ten minutes to midnight wanting to surprise her. However, the door to her house was already open. Hence we had to hide near the lift and make sure we weren't seen by anyone. We entered her house exactly at midnight carrying cakes and candles. She was totally surprised to see us."
When asked about the birthday party plans Tanu-shree says, "We called a few friends and partied at Koena's house. The menu comprised chicken and prawns starters. The food was ordered keeping everyone's taste in mind."
She refuses to reveal what she's gifted Koena, "You'll have to ask her what it is!"
