Recipe: Urvashi Sharma's Cauliflower & Paneer Sabzi
Ingredients:
½ kg cauliflower (washed well and grated)
250 gms paneer (grated or crumbled)
2 to 3 tbsp ghee
½ small onion (finely chopped)
11/2 tsp red chilli powder (or as per taste)
8 to 10 raisins
6 to 8 finely chopped cashewnuts (optional)
6 to 8 finely chopped almonds (optional)
salt to taste
Method:
Lightly heat ghee in a kadai. Add the onions and sauté on a low flame till light pink. Add the cauliflower and sauté on a low flame till pink. Add the paneer and mix well. Add salt and red chilli powder, raisins, cashewnuts and almonds. Mix well and simmer for five minutes. Serve hot with phulkas.
