| For the first time ever, the London Philharmonic Orchestra will perform songs of an Indian composer. And the man chosen for this honour is none other than Oscar-winner A R Rahman. The orchestra, to be led by conductor Matt Dunkley will play some of Rahman's best-known compositions at their concert at Southbank Centre, London on April 7. Rahman is expected to attend and even speak about his work and answer the audience's questions. |
