The singer-composer received an e-mail from his South African fan Aidan David telling him that five years back, he was ill and in a coma-like situation. However Aidan recovered when his brother put earphones on him and made him listen to Adnan’s song Tera Chehra.

Adnan says, “I am just amazed and at a loss for words. Maybe God has blessed me with a unique ability. I am humbled to learn that music is able to play such a role rather than just entertain.”
Adnan further informs, “As a musician, you do things from your heart and put it out for the world to listen.
You never know what impact it has on various people. I have met several people saying that they have proposed to their wives on my song! However the experience of Aidan was something amazing. How could I ever imagine that something that I did so many years ago would have such a profound impact?”
