After the success of his last film Vicky Donor, director Shoojit Sircar is taking it slow and easy to finalise the casting of his upcoming project. Buzz is that Sircar wants to once again cast Yami Gautam opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in the film, but still wants to keep his options open. A source close to the director says he could also rope in Parineeti Chopra for the role.

A source says, “There are chances that Yami will be once again paired with Ayushmann considering the response to Vicky Donor. But Shoojit is very keen to work with Parineeti.”

“The film’s in the scripting stage right now. I might repeat Yami if the role suits her but nothing is finalised yet. I will start shooting for the film mid next year,” says Shoojit.

The film is said to be shot in Lucknow, Bhopal and Agra.
