Sofia Hayat to sing at an international singing contest
Sofia Hayat is taking a shot at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013. The finals happen next year but the selections have begun.

She says, “This has been a childhood dream, when I was 14 I sent a tape for entry to the contest, and got nowhere. Secondly, I am the first Indian in history to be in this contest.” The singer-actress will be entering the song Party Like You Mean It. The song is by IMP featuring her.
The other members of the band are Daniel Mackenzie, Phillip Grothe and Reggie Tsiboe. Daniel is an Emmy nominated composer who has written for Joss Stone and Reggie is the former member of the band Boney M. Phillip is the European DJ.
