Cricket is not only the nation’s favourite sport but it is no different in Pakistan either. No wonder that Pakistani singer-actor Ali Zafar flew all the way to Sri Lanka with his friends to watch his country play Australia in the ongoing T20 World Cup.

A friend of Ali says, “It was a very important match. Ali had a reason to rejoice as Pakistan won the match.” One of Ali’s eight friends who accompanied him to Colombo tells us, “We just came for this match. When Pakistan won, it felt like it was worth the effort of flying all the way to Sri Lanka.”
