Director Sanjay Khanduri is confident that his next film with Mallika Sherawat will bring a major change in the way the world views the actress. So much so that Khanduri says Mallika confided in him saying she always wanted a sweet girl next-door look in her films.

“Ever since she shot with us, she keeps saying that she always wanted to have a girl next-door image,” Khanduri points out. The director also feels that Mallika’s potential as an actress has not been fully explored yet. He says, “Mallika was always my first choice for the film. I wanted her to look simple in the film as it is a family entertainer.” There is also buzz that Mallika has been recommending Khanduri’s name to her international directors and producers.
