After playing Sai Baba in a film, Jackie Shroff is all set for another image transformation. We hear that the actor will essay the role of a 90-year-old Sufi saint in director Rupesh Paul’s next.

A source says, “Jackie will be shown roaming the deserts alone while singing Sufi renditions. The songs are in Urdu and subtitles will be used to explain the audience the true meaning of his words.” The film also stars Sherlyn Chopra.

The source adds, “The director was convinced that Jackie could do justice to the character and he was very happy when the actor came on board.”

We also hear that the film team is designing an interesting look for Jackie, making him quite unrecognisable by the audience.
