Later Zahid Ahmed, a common friend of the actress and the filmmaker intervened and she agreed. Says Zahid, “Yes, it’s true that Kangna didn’t agree earlier. Later when I explained it to her, she agreed.”
PSST...This film was almost completely shot with a Bengali actress Tanushree Chakraborty besides Mahesh Manjrekar and Dalip Tahil. Tanushree has gone missing and now Kangs has stepped in resulting in a reshoot. Was that the reason why Kangs said a no initially?
