If you ask model and Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na actor Ayaz Khan to describe his Bandra 3BHK on the seventh floor, he would call it "simple and pleasant." While we second that, we also think that his home is inviting, warm, neat, cosy, vibrant… Though we could go on, we think it's a better idea to let you decide what you think of the house. We take you in for a closer look:

The theme is... mix-n-match. There is nothing loud or glamorous in the house the interiors are woody and traditional. There's nothing too fancy or different in the house because my mom and I are not really fashionable. We've never needed an interior decorator because we like doing up the house ourselves.

My favourite corner... is my bedroom window from where I can watch the city in action or the moonlit sky. With some trance music drumming in the background, I attain my neo nirvana.

My stamp... is my miniature ship. I got it from Mauritius, where I was shooting once. It is not really expensive, but it is very detailed and beautiful. I always dreamt of owning a ship like that. Whenever I'm travelling, I like getting something for mom. Two black figurines made of yak bone from Nepal and a stone-carved Buddha from Udaipur are some of the showpieces that I've picked up on my trips.

My room is... welcoming. I've got thick curtains that give the room a lot of character and warmth. Even if the sun is scorching outside, it'll feel like night-time when you draw the curtains. I also have mood lighting in the room that is very soothing. My friends love it too.

I have a fetish for... cleanliness. I've got it from my mom.
