Marathon Group announced its 26-acre Nexzone, an IT/ ITeS Special Economic Zone, near the proposed international airport at Navi Mumbai.
The upcoming SEZ is the part of Marathon Group's total 100 acre project and is expected to completely eco-friendly with LEED certification.
In Phase I, three million square feet of high-end IT, residential, retail and hospitality space will be developed on the 26 acres of land with an investment of Rs 900 crore.
The total project value of Phase I is expected to be Rs 1,800 crore.
