* Palm Beach Road is well planned and developed. It has some very good lifestyle residential projects  
* One can easily travel from Palm Beach Road to Vashi, Sanpada, Nerul and CBD Belapur. It takes around 15 minutes to get to Belapur, which is furthest from this area 
* It has two big malls like Palm Beach Galleria and City Centre, which houses the Adlabs and Cinemax multiplexes. Raghuleela Mall and Centre One are also close by  
* The almost 10 km long stretch has a green cover. Palm Beach Road offers panoramic views of the Vashi creek and mangrove forest 
* A couple of commercial projects are coming up in the vicinity. This will further appreciate the property rates

Not happening
* It can be difficult to get rickshaws from the main road
*  Property prices here have skyrocketed over the past one year. A 2BHK won't cost less than Rs 70-80 lakhs 
* Though the residential complexes are located on the main road, one has to take a detour to enter the buildings, as it is unsafe to enter from the main road itself
* The area has a record of criminal activities and accidents

Shopping
Palm Beach Galleria and City Centre have luxury retail shops, food courts and multiplexes. They attract a lot of visitors from Navi Mumbai and the outskirts

Recreation
There are a number of multiplexes and recreation spots in and around Palm Beach Road. Residents love to go for long walks or drives on the road. There are benches on the side of the road to relax

Schools close to Palm Beach Road are Sadhu Vaswani International School, Jaipuria school, DPS, etc. School buses ply on the Palm Beach Road making it convenient for
children 

Connectivity
Palm Beach Road is easily accessible from Vashi and Sanpada railway stations. There are NMMT bus stops on the road. One can travel to CBD Belapur, Nerul, Vashi and Koperkhairne via bus
