Stock up on a few lemons in the cafeteria fridge, and some sugar-free sachets in your drawer. Make Nimbu Paani when you feel sluggish or when that dreaded headache hits.

Beyoncé's Lime Detox Diet
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon 2 tablespoons of maple syrup 1/10th teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste
Method: Mix above ingredients in a glass of water, lukewarm or chilled Limewire sauce. Whisk together 1/4 cup lime juice and 3 tablespoons olive oil. Add cumin, salt and pepper to taste. Great with carrot, avocado or carrot based salads.
