Rhythm is divine for employees of Mahindra and Mahindra's auto division. And this was pretty obvious as employees across different departments got together for an evening of music and lyrics. It didn't matter if you were an experienced or a bathroom singer, the karaoke competition was a platform for all wannabe singers, to prove their mettle.

Fun days at work
The karaoke competition was the latest in a series of events, organised to keep employees upbeat and to break the monotony at work.
Mahindra and Mahindra has an enthusiastic group that forms the fun committee, which is responsible for organising interesting activities at the workplace.

Since, it's difficult for all employees to interact with each other on a daily basis, our aim is to organise events that will help employees de-stress in a relaxed atmosphere
