After featuring in several top ad campaigns, model Tarun Arora will make his debut in director Ashok Pandits Sheen. Here he talks about Sheen and his forthcoming projects.

Tell us about your role in the film?
I am the romantic angle in the film. My love for Sheen is set against the background of the trauma and plight of Kashmiri Pandits.

Did you have to work a lot on your role?
I had heard a lot of stories about the happenings in Kashmir but could not believe they were true.

It was only after reading a few books and watching the documentary which Ashokji had made on Kashmir that I began to grasp the situation and started identifying with my character.

Did you face any difficulty during the making of the film?
Shooting in Ladakh and Manali where it was freezing was tough at times, but Ashokjis energy level kept us charged.

What are your forthcoming ventures?
I am doing Karan Razdans Hawas, a love triangle with Shawar Ali and Meghna Naidu. Then there is an English movie with Sridhar Reddy.
