The norms for meeting the ISO guidelines included proper sterilisation of equipment, maintaining patient records, feedback from patients and staff members, improvement in work practices like upgrading equipment, improvement in services by updating knowledge and keeping in touch with times, ensuring that all instruments are properly graded and calibrated. The certificate will have to be reviewed every three years.
