A player from the Poorna Prajna High School (Dahisar) side seems to take a bow even as he serves in the match against Parle Tilak Vidhyalaya, Vile Parle in the final of MSSA U-16 inter-school volleyball tournament yesterday.

The runners-up of last year tournament defeated Parle Tilak Vidhyalaya, Vile Parle in the final game of MSSA boys under-16 inter-school volleyball tournament at Azad Maidan yesterday.
Poorna Prajna grabbed the title in the second set. In the absence of coach, the boys have performed remarkably well and they really deserved their win, said the school physical trainer Mahesh Desai, who was present to cheer the boys.
Poorna Prajnas coach Nilesh Thakhar who was also absent in the last game, was out of town for a wedding function had shouldered the responsibility to the senior players of the school who won the DSO title for the school this year.
The coach told us to give them practice and see that they win the title. He had told us where these boys are lacking and so we paid special attention to it, said Summet Soni and Jignesh Lad.
Poornas captain Sunny Shah and one of the maximum point scorers was very much confident about their win.
We knew that we had good chances to win as we had an idea of our opponents game. We concentrated more on defence and were determined to win the title this year, said Sunny.
The team also praised the support they got from the school as compared to last time.
The school was very much co-operative this time as they were impressed by our performance at DSO tournament and state level and so we leisured more facilities and cooperation, said Poornas Moiz Damani and Abhishek Acharaya.
