* Indiabulls walks away with the prime property at a price of Rs 441.75 crore. Aakruti Nirman quotes Rs 277 crore, Passion Developers Rs 262.51 crore, Kohinoor CTNL Rs 250 crore, and Lotus Rs 243.51 crore.

We plan to build a commercial and a residential complex on this land. We havent yet decided on the percentage of land distribution. The commercial complex might be given a larger area.
