Owen Louise Bonsall London: England football ace Michael Owen married his childhood sweetheart Louise Bonsall at a private ceremony in Flintshire, North Wales on Saturday.
Only family and close friends were invited to the wedding which was held in a hotel close to their home yesterday.
The couple will hold the blessings in a marquee in the grounds of the couples mansion near the village of Northop today.
The 25-year-old Real Madrid footballer, who became a household name in the 1998 world cup, had met Bonsall while the two were pupils at Hawarden High School.
The couple have a two-year-old daughter named Gemma Rose.
