 | | Mysterious: The body of Ranju, who still wears the bangles signifying her recent marriage, lying on the floor of her house in Gurgaon | An HDFC deputy manager, who got married just three months ago, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Gurgaon last night.
Ranju (24) allegedly committed suicide at her house in Sector 7 extension. According to the police, the girl had married Praveer Singh, who works with an IT company, on February 11.
Praveer reportedly told the police that when he left for office yesterday morning, everything was fine.
However, when he returned at about 7:15 pm, he found Ranju hanging from a ceiling fan.
However Ranju's relatives said, “She cannot commit suicide The cause of her death is something else. There was an injury mark on her head and she was also under some pressure from her in-laws.”
“Praveer called the police and then informed his in-laws. We have sent the body for post mortem to ascertain whether it was a murder or a suicide,” said a police officer.
