It was one of those extravagant parties the city doesn't get to see very often. Some of Bangalore's most fashionable people descended on UB City Mall to witness the launch of the three top international brands, Jean Paul Gaultier, Moschino, Lanvin and Stella McCartney, as they unlocked their fashion secrets to Bangalore. While there were some very pretty ladies, most dressed to kill, the highlight of the evening was cricketer Irfan Pathan who looked rather dashing.
The guests mingled with each other, checked out the price tags at the store (did we notice a few gasps?) and nibbled on some very yummy hors d'ouvreurs, courtesy Giancarlo's.
Seen at the do were Gitanjali Kirloskar, Vinita Chaitanya, Mohan Kumar, Neeta Ponappa, Raj Shroff and Neetu Kapoor, Charu and Priya Sachdev, Robin Utthapa's sister Sharon, MC George, Diya Bhandary, Yasmin Quechell and Sanchita Ajjampur among others.
Spot on: Psychologist Shamsha Pradhan â Her lovely red strapped top is from Dubai. She paid approximately Rs 2,000 for it. Her slinky gold evening purse is from Louis Vuitton.
