Mumbai: J P Morgan, Malad

We have a Global Positioning System (GPS) system, which helps us track the vehicle even to the outskirts of Mumbai. From 24 hours feedback system to flexible shift timings, we have everything that is required for the safety of our female employees.

We make sure that no employee gets friendly with the drivers. If found socialising with the drivers, stringent action is taken against them. We have a  no-tolerance policy.

We don't allow employees to get down anywhere other than their residence.

Even though most of the work at BPOs happens at night, as it is outsourced from western countries, they have ensured that there are no night shifts for female employees. The last shift is till 10 pm, and that too only for women who stay nearby.

We ensure that the employees don't travel by personal vehicles and insist they take the company's
pick-up and drop. I think Mumbai is more secure than any other city, especially with regards to ITES companies.
