Every night for the last three months Sharif Ahmad (23), an MBA student from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, stands outside Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartments, Bandra, with a placard that begs the actor for help.

He wants Salman to give him Rs 6 lakh so that he can get medical help for his father who has cancer. "I was told that Salman is generous and helps anyone who approaches him. I need help and if I don't meet him in the next few days, I may even turn into a terrorist to make money," said Ahmad. The boy's father was the only earning member in the family, but could not continue with his embroidery business, after he fell ill. He said his father Shakeel (46), was undergoing treatment at Tata Hospital, but he cannot afford to continue with the treatment.

A security guard at Galaxy said, "We have told him that saab is not at home, but he never listens to us. Ab kal ko toh mai bhi ek board lagake khada ho jata hoon, Salman mujhe madat karo, warna mai terrorist ban jaoonga.
This man is mad."

Ahmad claims he has also approached Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, but there was no response. The guards at the bungalows say they are abroad," said Ahmad.
