Sob story: Jade Goody broke down on the sets of Bigg Boss on Tuesday, while telling her house mates that she had cervical cancer |
The mother of two flew into London's Heathrow Airport after a seven-hour flight from Mumbai. Looking tired and drained, Goody told airport personnel escorting her through the terminal, "I don't want any more I can't do this."
Wearing a black polo neck, Goody was driven from the airport in a large silver people carrier. An airport source said, "She seemed fine as she got off the plane, but as she was walking through the terminal she just broke down. She seemed really upset."
Jade had tests at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Essex, earlier this month after mysteriously collapsing four times, when she was in London. She was given the diagnosis in a call from her doctor at the Bigg Boss house on Tuesday. Jade was pictured sobbing, telling the house mates, "I have cancer. I need urgent treatment and I have to go home immediately." Jade then packed her bags before leaving the house.
Her partner in the house, Sambhavna Seth, said she would miss her dreadfully and also broke down in tears, trying to comfort Jade.
It is believed she knew there was a possibility she had cancer before flying to India - but said she needed the
£100,000 (Rs 80 lakh) show fee to support her two sons. She and her boyfriend, also a Big Brother contestant, Jack Tweed, have parted ways. She had said she needed the money to pay her medical expenses if she did have cancer. And that it would help 'support her boys'. She even offered to go back on the show after surgery. Jade had been on Bigg Boss for just a day.
