Mumbai:

 Wanted: Sadhu Padmanath

The Kandivli police are facing a tough time finding sadhvi Chitkalanand's (45) killer. Since she was found dead at Anand-van ashram in Kandivli on August 10, the police have visited some 80 ashrams without success. The police, however, claim they are sure the killer is sadhu Padmanath, another inmate.

Other inmates revealed that Padmanath and Chitkalanand never got along. They revealed that Padmanath used to steal money and as Chitkalanand looked after the accounts, they never got along.

Senior Inspector Surinder Jaiswal said, "We are sure Padmanath is the culprit, as he went missing after the murder. We have visited around 80 ashrams including some at Pune, Nashik and  Trimbakeshwar, but we have not been able to trace him."
