Sri Lanka win toss and elect to bat first

COLOMBO: 

Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jayawardene elected to bat after winning the toss against India in the fifth and final one-day international today afternoon.


India have already gained a winning 3-1 lead in the series.


Sri Lanka made three changes from the side that lost the last match by 46 runs, bringing in Jehan Mubarak, Mahela Udawatte and Dilhara Fernando in place of Muttiah Muralitharan, Chaminda Vaas and Tillakaratne Dilshan.


India also made three changes, replacing Harbhajan Singh, Subramaniam Badrinath and Praveen Kumar with Pragyan Ojha, Irfan Pathan and Rudra Pratap Singh.
