SRPF seeks candidates for MSG |

The State Reserve Police Force (SRPF) has urgently sought names of candidates who are willing to enroll for the Maharashtra Security Guards to be known in police circles as Force One on the lines of the National Security Guards (NSG).
The names have to be submitted within two days and candidates will be selected after a test.
The SRPF said that the force is being raised in view of the successful operation led by the NSG in Mumbai on November 26.
They managed to gun down nine terrorists and rescued hundreds of people from the Taj Mahal Hotel, the Trident Hotel, and the Nariman House.
Additional director general of police, Railways, respective Inspectors general of police at Amravati, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Nanded, Nashik and Thane, and also the Nagpur and Pune SRPF have been asked to send the names.
Who can join? - The cop should have put in at least three years of service - Age below 30 - Should be physically and mentally fit - Should know how to operate various weapons and swim |
