Eunuch Julie is out on bail, says she will file case of unnatural sex against ACP's son Pradeep

By:

Julie alias Latha, the eunuch who was arrested for allegedly robbing a top police officer’s son, has been released on bail.

But that hasn’t calmed her down. Julie has decided to  file a case against Pradeep Raju, the son of Ulsoor ACP Nagaraj, who accused her of stealing his gold chain, gold ring and mobile.

According to her lawyer Umesh, Julie will file a case accusing Pradeep Raju and Manjesh of forcing her to have  unnatural sex.

Julie also alleged that the Ashoknagar police had locked her up without hearing her version of the incident because the complainant was an influential man.

Gifts galore

“I did not rob Pradeep or his friend Manjesh. They gave me the mobile phone, gold ring and gold chain as gifts in return for good sex,” Julie told MiD DAY.

The Ashoknagar police had charged and arrested Julie under section 392 (robbery) after Pradeep lodged a complaint against her.

“Why am I being framed? If I had the intention to rob, then I would have robbed someone in the jail as well. Please ask my cell mates if I was a nuisance there,” Julie said.

“Had I had stolen Pradeep’s mobile phone and jewellery, I would have sold the items right away to avoid being caught. When the police came to arrest me, I handed over everything to them. I won’t spare anyone for accusing me of a crime I did not commit,” she said.

She also accused the police of stealing her money and mobile phone when she was in custody.

She is the victim

“We will not let them go scot free. My client had sex with Pradeep and Manjesh but she did not rob them,” said Umesh, Julie’s lawyer.

“If the police claim that they follow stringent rules, then they should book a case against Pradeep and his friend for indulging in unnatural sex. I know they won’t dare put the boys behind bars as Pradeep is an
influential man,” he added.

Julie and her lawyer will meet the police commissioner today to present their version of the incident.
“Julie is the victim in this case. I have given all the details (of the case) in the petition to the commissioner,” Umesh said.
