MASTERS: Kapil Dev and Manoj Prabhakar | MANOJ Prabhakar believes the Sri Lanka tour will be a real test of the pace bowlers' skill and fitness.
"The real test for Ishant Sharma and the other young bowlers will be how they bowl the last spell of the day.
If batsmen survive the first two sessions, they will tear you apart in the last," said Prabhakar.
"Our bowlers should know how to bowl reverse swing.
To be successful on Lankan wickets, you should be able to reverse swing and employ change of pace.
The Sri Lankan bowlers are very good at that. I was successful because I was good at both." |
